NRIMoney is a personal expense management application developed and published by Vidhan Technologies.
By downloading, installing, or using NRIMoney, you agree to these Terms of Service.
NRIMoney helps users record and manage personal income, expenses, categories, budgets, reports, and transaction history across foreign currency and Indian Rupees.
NRIMoney is intended only for personal record-keeping and expense management.
NRIMoney does not provide banking, payment processing, loans, credit, investment, insurance, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.
You are responsible for:
The information you enter into NRIMoney
Checking the accuracy of transaction amounts, currency values, reports, and budgets
Protecting your device and Google account
Maintaining backups of important expense records where appropriate
NRIMoney displays calculations and reports based on information entered by you. Review information before making financial decisions.
NRIMoney may provide an optional Google Drive Backup feature.
When you choose to use it, NRIMoney stores and restores backup data in a private application-specific area of your selected Google Drive account.
Google Drive Backup is optional. You are responsible for selecting the Google account used for backup and keeping access to that account secure.
NRIMoney does not access, read, modify, or share your other Google Drive files.
You agree not to:
Use NRIMoney for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Attempt to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt NRIMoney or related services
Misrepresent NRIMoney as a banking, payment, investment, or financial-advisory service
Use NRIMoney in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
NRIMoney may be updated to fix issues, improve performance, add features, remove features, or comply with platform and legal requirements.
Some features may change or become unavailable over time.
We aim to provide a reliable app experience. However, NRIMoney may not always be available without interruption or error on every device, Android version, internet connection, or Google service configuration.
Features that depend on Google services or internet connectivity, including Google Drive Backup, may be temporarily unavailable.
NRIMoney is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Vidhan Technologies does not guarantee that calculations, currency conversions, reports, budget information, backup operations, restores, or app functions will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidhan Technologies will not be liable for data loss, incorrect user-entered information, financial loss, device issues, backup or restore issues, currency-conversion differences, or indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use NRIMoney.
Your use of NRIMoney is also governed by the NRIMoney Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary.
The latest version will be available on this page, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of NRIMoney after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
